Margit grew up in the small town of Harstad in Norway absorbing images of the Northern Lights and the Midnight Sun.
Upon leaving her hometown to study Social Anthropology in Oslo, she reflected a lot on the silence, the snow, and the white beaches she left behind. This was when she started writing on her short stories that later on became Thirteen Stories of Demise.
After three gap years of writing, working, and traveling, she is now doing an MA in Anthropology at the Central University of Florida. She lives in sunny Orlando with her partner and their two rescue dogs.
